I like going to a place and they remember your name, I was dealing with Mark on the Stihl Mini-Tillers, I told him my application and he gave me the pros and cons to both models, I also said my wife would be using it also and he recommend her to stop in and see which model she liked, I had her stop in and Mark and Craig assisted her by showing and educating her on both Stihl Mini-Tiller units, with that we know which unit is best for us. I really appreciate the fact they took the time to show my wife the differences between both and letting her start them. That’s why I always point people to the Powerhouse in St. Joseph!

Excellent! We purchased our new mower here - they not only sold us the mower fully assembled, but they also took our old mower so we didn't have to figure out how to recycle it!

Not only do they sell an excellent line of Toro and Stihl products, but they also have a terrific service department that will help get your power equipment back up and running. I've always been very pleased with the service I've received here. I've had my chainsaw here several times, and it's always returned fully operational.

I recently brought my mower in for a minor repair. I had not purchased this mower at Powerhouse. They were very quick at diagnosing and repairing my mower and the price seemed reasonable. When I got home with the mower there was another issue with it and I contacted the store and explained what that issue was and they asked me to bring it right back in. Now here is where I feel they are different than any other place I have dealt with prior. The mower needed a part that had to be ordered and took a little while to get. They offered me free use of one of their mowers while I waited on the part. When it was repaired, I went back to pick it up and was sure I would be hit with another bill for this repair and some big excuse that it was part of the original repair that was missed and I should just pay up. That was not the case at all. They stood behind their original repair and called it warranty work. They did this with a smile on their face and an apology for having to bring it back in. Imagine the service had I purchased it there in the first place. I am totally impressed with their focus to customer service in a day where all you are is a number. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new or repair something used.

I went in to purchase a new trimmer and had my 20-year-old trimmer tuned up. The guys there were great and the equipment they sell is first class. Some of the parts I could have purchased from Amazon, however I usually purchase locally to help local businesses, which support the local economy. If you have problems with your outdoor equipment -this is the place for quality service and fair prices.
